Terms of Service

1. About the Service

The Weiwa App is developed and operated by Shenzhen Longwa Software Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"). It provides parents and legal guardians of children aged 0–6 with age-based parenting plans, growth record tools, parenting knowledge, and curated age-appropriate product recommendations. By using the App you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the legal parent or guardian of the child whose information you register in the App. If you do not meet these requirements, please stop using the service.

3. Account Registration and Security

You must provide accurate and truthful registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact legal@weiwa.cn immediately.

4. Service Content and Fees

We offer free core features and may introduce optional paid subscriptions. Pricing and terms for any paid features will be clearly displayed in the App before purchase. We reserve the right to modify service content and will provide 30 days' advance notice for material changes.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of photos, videos, text, and other content you upload ("User Content"). By uploading, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process that content solely to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring your User Content does not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable law.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Uploading unlawful, harmful, obscene, or rights-infringing content;
• Scraping, reverse-engineering, or reproducing the App's data or source code;
• Renting, selling, or transferring your account to any third party;
• Interfering with or disrupting the App's normal operation.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App's interface, logo, brand identity, technology, and content belong to Shenzhen Longwa Software Co., Ltd. Reproduction, distribution, or derivative works require prior written authorization.

8. Disclaimer

Age-based plans, parenting advice, and health information provided by the App are for reference only and do not constitute medical diagnosis or professional healthcare guidance. Consult a qualified medical professional for any health concerns regarding your child.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure, network failures, or third-party actions, nor for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages.

10. Changes and Termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue part or all of the service with 30 days' notice (except in emergencies). You may terminate your use of the service at any time by deleting your account within the App.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA) for final and binding arbitration under its rules.
